These terms cover your use of nordtechnologies.us. Paid work is covered by a separate written agreement.

Who we are

Nord Technologies is a brand of Denali Sports LLC, a Delaware limited liability company. "We" and "us" mean Denali Sports LLC. By using this site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

The free mockup

When you request a free mockup, we design a concept for your homepage and send it to you with a short video. It is free and creates no obligation to buy. The ideas are yours to use. The design files stay with us unless we agree otherwise in writing.

We may decline a request, for example when a business is outside the kinds of work we take on.

Prices, timelines, and examples

Prices and timelines on this site are starting points, not an offer. Your project is priced in a fixed written quote before any work begins.

Figures such as "10 leads" or "20 leads" are examples that show how the math works. They are not a promise of results. Results depend on your market, your offer, and your traffic.

Paid work

Websites, booking, follow-up, local search, reporting, and hosting are provided under a separate written agreement between you and us. If that agreement and these terms disagree, the agreement wins.

Demo sites

The demo websites under nordtechnologies.us/demo/ show our work. The businesses, prices, hours, and phone numbers on them are fictional. They are not real companies, and their forms do not book or send anything.

Our content

The text, design, and code on this site belong to us or are used with permission. You may view and share the site. Please do not copy or republish it as your own.

Using the site fairly

Do not misuse the site: no attempts to break in, overload it, send spam through the forms, or book calls you do not intend to keep.

No warranty

We work to keep this site accurate and available, but we provide it "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.

Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses that come from using this site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
