Who we are

Nord Technologies is a brand of Denali Sports LLC, a Delaware limited liability company. "We" and "us" on this page mean Denali Sports LLC. This policy covers nordtechnologies.us. Questions go to hello@nordtechnologies.us.

What we collect, and when

• When you ask for a free mockup: your website address and email. Your name and what you want more of, if you add them.
• When you book a call: your name, email, the time you picked, and your time zone. Your website and phone number, if you add them.
• When you use the chat: the answers are automatic and stay in your browser. Nothing is sent to us unless you choose "Talk to a person". Then we receive the conversation and the email address you give.
• When you email us: whatever you write.
• When you visit: our hosting company records standard server logs, such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages requested. They are used to keep the site secure and running.

What we do not do

• We do not sell or rent your information.
• We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or analytics on this site today. If that changes, we will update this page first.
• We do not load fonts or scripts from other companies. Everything on this site is served from our own hosting.
• We do not send marketing email or texts unless you ask for them.

How we use it

To make and send your mockup, to hold your call, to answer your questions, and to send a quote if you ask for one. We also use it to keep the site secure and to keep ordinary business records.

Where it goes

Form, booking, and chat messages arrive in our business mailbox. Bookings are also saved in a file on our web server so two people cannot book the same time. That file cannot be opened from the web, and past bookings are cleared from it automatically.

Our website and mailbox are hosted by Hostinger, which stores this data on our behalf. We share information with no one else, unless the law requires it or it is needed to protect our rights or someone's safety.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiries for as long as we are talking with you, and afterward only as long as we need them for business records. Ask us to delete yours at any time.

Your choices

Email hello@nordtechnologies.us to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you. We answer within 30 days. You may have further rights under the law where you live, and we will honor them.

Demo sites

The demo websites under nordtechnologies.us/demo/ are examples for fictional businesses. Their booking forms and chats do not store or send anything you type.

Children

This site is for business owners. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will post the new version here and change the date at the top.
